We hope you love our Iskia designs as much as we do, but if you don’t, please read our returns policy below.
Should you change your mind, we will happily refund providing the following conditions have been met (change of mind returns exclude pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons):

  1. The items with the original receipt are returned within 14 days of purchase-this includes time in post.
  2. Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. Accessories must not have been worn.
  3. Change of mind returns do not apply to sale items.
  4. Pierced Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene- this includes pierced items you have not worn.
  5. Items that have been damaged from perfume acidity or scratched from mishandling cannot be returned.



You are more than welcome to exchange or return an item within 14 days of the purchase date. Please email to request a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) and we will issue you with a return address.

While the postage method you use is up to you, we recommend that you post a return to us via registered post as Iskia Designs cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.

Requests for an RAN that are received by Iskia Designs outside the time frame of 14 days from the date of purchase will not be considered.


You are more than welcome to exchange or return an item within 14 days of the purchase date. Please email to request a Returns Authorization Number (RAN). All international orders must be returned at your own expense.


Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. For the best care of your jewellery we recommend never spraying perfume where your jewellery will come into contact. Please note that the acidity effects the metal. To prolong the life of your jewellery, please keep your jewellery in a dry and steam free place. It is not recommended to shower or use soap or jewellery cleaner on your accessories. For best results, please clean with a normal dry cloth.

Requests for a product exchange are subject to availability and exchanges items will only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality assessment by Iskia Designs Customer Care.

Refunds (item price less the original delivery charge) will be processed within 14 days of your item being received by Iskia Designs Customer Care. If you would prefer a store credit, which can be used for future Iskia Designs purchases within six months, simply email us with your request (it’s like giving a gift voucher to yourself!)

Where possible, Iskia Designs will offer to repair faulty items. If you would prefer an exchange, we are more than happy to replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. If your item is unable to be repaired or replaced you will receive a full refund, less any shipping and handling cost.

Please note, Any items that have been damaged from perfume acidity or scratched from wear and tear will not be deemed as faulty.

(e) to disclose your Personal Information to third parties such as shipping agents, couriers, organisations who conduct credit, fraud and security checks. We take fraud seriously.

If you don’t wish to receive updates, sale notifications or other emails from us, you may opt out by choosing the “unsubscribe” option in any email communication that we send you.

We will always securely store all Personal Information collected from you.
When you make an order through the Iskia Designs Website, your payment details are passed through a secure server using the latest encryption technology in accordance with industry standard.


We pride our self’s on providing you with the best service and product you will love. We always make it a priority to send your orders as soon as possible. Sometimes things may get lost in the post which is beyond our control. If you have not received your order after a week of placing it, please email us and we will follow up on it.

If you have received something that has been damaged during the postal process, please let us know immediately by email. This also applies for any incorrect item, colour or faulty product. We do our best to provide accuracy and quality, but sometimes being human we make rare mistakes. If this has happened- we are here to help you, please contact us via email or phone and we will fix this immediately for you.
