Question Where are Iskia Designs' products designed and produced?
AnswerWe pride ourselves in creating exclusive handcrafted pieces that are not mass produced. Our pieces are designed here in Australia and we work with skilled artisans across the world mostly being in Europe to bring each piece to life. It’s important to us to have an ethical supply chain; and work closely with qualified silver smiths to ensure that our designs are made with care and quality
Question What type of stones does Iskia Designs use?

We use a beautiful range of semi-precious stones that are cut and polished to suite each piece.  As these are natural stones of the highest quality, colours and textures will vary slightly across each piece – it’s what makes them a real stone that’s special!

Question Are Iskia Designs' products free from nickel, lead and caladium?

Yes, All Iskia Lux pieces are plated in either STERLING SILVER, 21k ROSE GOLD and 21k GOLD plating. These are semi-precious metals and of the highest quality standard. Each design is finished with a special protective coating to protect each piece. You can find all our Iskia lux styles on our website by clicking on- shop by trend and selecting Iskia Lux. All the rest of our range is made from normal plating that is free from nickel, lead or caladium.

Question My ears are sensitive, can I wear Iskia Designs' earrings?
AnswerAll our products are nickel, lead and caladium free. If you have had irritation in the past from other brands this usually means under the plating nickel has been used. We care about our health and love wearing our own products- this is why we take care to make sure our products don’t use these. If you find your ears are itchy, we recommend that you gently wipe the hook or stud with water and a cloth only. Also make sure to apply an ear antiseptic directly to your ear hole when you are not wearing any products.
Question How will I receive my product from Iskia Designs?
AnswerYour product will be sent tagged with a small pouch to keep your products in when you are not wearing them. Please read our care instructions so your piece will keep in good condition. If for any reason your product arrives damaged- please contact us immediately at
Question Do your products come with a warranty?
AnswerAll Iskia Designs Jewellery comes with a warranty valid against manufacturing defects. We offer a 3-month warranty for our Iskia Lux designs and a 2-month warranty for our fashion range. Stockists please refer to our wholesale policy for your warranty terms.

Iskia Designs Jewellery will not be liable for any damage caused by any failure by you to maintain or care for the product properly.

Being sure to read our care instructions is imperative as returns or exchanges will not be accepted on non-manufacturing faults.

Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
